ROD ARNOLD is a 1988 graduate of Texas A&M University, and a Founding Father of the Delta Chi Fraternity chapter there. He served as a chapter President, but was best-known for his work as Rush Chairman, initiating the first-ever "Dry Rush" on campus, and gaining major corporate sponsorship for rush events. Prior to his fraternity involvement, Arnold earned recruitment accolades in the famed Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets. Post-graduation, Rod was elected a Vice-Regent, assisting in the development of new chapters. He also served for a decade as his chapter’s Alumni Board President. Since 1994, Arnold’s program ALL-PRO RUSH, has been presented at numerous national conventions, regional conferences and chapter-focused workshops. Individual chapters calling on Arnold’s input have reported doubling their membership in as little as one rush season. Arnold was recognized in 1996 as a recipient of the Delta Chi Meritorious Service Award.

Arnold is now an award-winning twenty year veteran in the field of professional recruitment. In 2003, he became CEO of Ericksson Associates, a national physician search firm based in metro Atlanta, where he lives with his wife and three young sons. He now “rushes” doctors for a living.
