All-Pro RUSH

Meet Rod Arnold

Rod Arnold was a Founding Father of his fraternity chapter in the 1980’s boom time of massive fraternity growth. While he eventually served as a chapter President, he was best known nationally for his work as Recruitment Chairman, initiating the first-ever “Dry Rush” on campus, and gaining major corporate sponsorship for rush events. His original ideas and materials were adopted by his fraternity’s headquarters offices to refer to other chapters seeking new concepts for structure and promotion. Post-graduation, Rod was elected Vice-Regent of his fraternity, assisting in the development of new chapters on other campuses. He also served for a decade as his chapter’s Alumni Board President. Rod was presented with the Meritorious Service Award at the 1996 convention for his work assisting both upstart and established chapters in dramatically increasing their recruitment results.
Since 1994, Arnold’s program All-Pro RUSH® has been presented at numerous national conventions, regional conferences and chapter-focused workshops. Individual chapters calling on Rod’s input have reported doubling their recruitment numbers in as little as one rush season. In 2017, Rod was finally convinced to return to his original calling full-time; All-Pro RUSH® became a formal member of the Ericksson® family of companies.
Rod lives in metro Atlanta with his wife and three young sons. He is a very active adult leader in Boy Scouts of America, having served as both Cubmaster for his sons’ Cub Scout pack, and Assistant Scoutmaster in his older sons’ Boy Scout troop. He earned his Wood Badge adornment in 2014, the pinnacle BSA training program. Rod remains active in his fraternity on a national level, serving on the Executive Board of the Delta Chi Educational Foundation.
